MTMC Strategic Accounts is a divison of MTMC that focuses on drivng our supplier partner's messaging, value propositions, strategies and products in to the largest Healthcare Systems in the country. We develop relationships that are both commercial and clinical, to aid in the long term partnerships with these customers. We currenly have a total of 7 team members, most of whom were previously very successful MTMC territory managers who joined the Strategic Accounts team to further challenge themselves.
We focus on the acute, primary care, post acute care and specialy markets.
We work with our supplier partners to develop and then test the strategies that will allow for longer term business relationships; in another word - "Standardization."
Introduction to Key Accounts
Many of our supplier partners have a specific account or an account profile they look to target. With our vast knowledge of these large Healthcare Systems, we can efficiently introduce our partners products and solutions to these key accounts.
